Appreciation Day

Pork Rind Appreciation Day® is celebrated on the biggest football day of the year, Super Bowl Sunday, because pig skins and pigskin belong together.
Established by Rudolph Foods, the world's largest manufacturer of pork rinds, the fun food holiday supports Gridiron Greats Assistance Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides medical and financial assistance to former National Football League (NFL) players and their families.
